Liderazgo digital para el desarrollo de capacidades de inteligencia artificial en PyMEs en México
Digital leadership for the development of artificial intelligencecapabilities in Mexican SMES

La presente investigación plantea un marco de revisión de literatura reciente (2020-2025) acerca del rol del liderazgo digital en el desarrollo de capacidades de inteligencia artificial (IA) para pequeñas y medianas empresas (PyMEs) de México. Asimismo, se examina el papel del liderazgo digital para influir en la adopción y fortalecimiento de capacidades de IA en PYMES. Los hallazgos se organizan en temas identificando retos (como la escasez de habilidades digitales, la resistencia al cambio y recursos escasos) y oportunidades (mejoras en productividad, innovación y competitividad). La selección de las fuentes se toma de bases de datos abiertas como ScienceDirect, Google Schoolar y Scielo, así como literatura gris. Se destaca que un liderazgo orientado a lo digital facilita la transformación organizacional necesaria para aprovechar la implementación de la IA, actuando como catalizador en la automatización de procesos de negocios. Asimismo, se discuten las implicaciones prácticas para su incorporación en PyMEs mexicanas, así como, recomendaciones para investigaciones futuras en el contexto latinoamericano.
