Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿existen limitaciones presupuestales a las comunidades indígenas, particularmente el municipio de Cherán, Michoacán desde su autoadscripción? Para tal efecto, se examina en su primera parte los antecedentes del municipio de Cherán, Michoacán, en la segunda parte se analiza la etapa de autoadscripción, las dificultades que se presentaron para elegir a sus propias autoridades municipales, en la tercera sección se estudia de manera detallada el presupuesto asignado como comunidad inídgena y se confrontan los anteriores, para así tener el resultado si hace el gobierno federal y estatal alguna distinción y limitación al presupuesto de este municipio indígena después de asumirse como tal. The purpose of this research work is to answer the question: Are there budget limitations for indigenous communities, particularly the municipality of Cherán, Michoacán since their self-assignment? For this purpose, the first part examines the background of the municipality of Cherán, Michoacán, the second part analyzes the self-assignment stage, the difficulties that arose in electing their own municipal authorities, the third section studies the in detail the budget assigned as an indigenous community and the previous ones are compared, in order to obtain the result if the federal and state government makes any distinction and limitation to the budget of this indigenous municipality after assuming itself as such.
